HeyPuzzlers Ambassador Program: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the HeyPuzzlers Ambassador Program. By participating, you agree to the following terms designed to foster the growth of our puzzle enthusiast community:

1. The Referral Mechanism

Each user has a unique and personal invitation code within their profile. For a referral to be valid, the new user must enter this code during their registration process in the application.

2. The Reward Condition

The reward will be activated only when the referred user reaches a total of 30 registered puzzles in their personal library.

Since this milestone exceeds the capacity of the free version, this condition effectively requires the referred user to be an active member and typically a subscriber to the Elite plan.

3. The Reward: Elite Membership

For each referral that meets the 30-puzzle condition, the referrer will receive 3 free months of HeyPuzzlers Elite.

• Unlimited Accumulation: Gifted months are fully stackable. If you refer 4 friends who meet the goal, you will receive 12 months (1 year) of Elite access at no additional cost.
• Automatic Activation: The 90 days of access will be automatically added to your current subscription expiration date. If you are not an Elite user at the time of the reward, your account will be upgraded to Elite immediately for the corresponding period.

4. Limits and Fair Use

HeyPuzzlers reserves the right to audit accounts and revoke any gifted subscription time if patterns of fraud or fake account creation are detected for the sole purpose of manipulating the system.

Subscription months obtained through referrals are not redeemable for cash nor transferable to other accounts.
